Michael Faucette - Associate

Michael Faucette is a native of Maryland. Mr. Faucette attended Trinity College in Hartford, CT where he graduated with a B.A. in International Conflict with honors. While attending Trinity College, Mr. Faucette interned for a summer at the White House in the Office of Management and Budget. He received his M.A. in International Affairs from American University in Washington, DC. While attending graduate school, Mr. Faucette worked at the Defense Intelligence Agency.


Mr. Faucette received his J.D. from Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, where he concentrated on international law. While in law school, Mr. Faucette completed a summer clerkship at the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. He joined Mark Barnes and Associates in September 2013.


At Mark Barnes and Associates, Mr. Faucette focuses on International Traffic in Arms Regulations, import-export controls, and Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives regulatory compliance matters.


Mr. Faucette is a member of the Maryland Bar and the District of Columbia Bar. His practice is limited to federal agencies only.
